Bomb Blast in Pettah

Just heard news of a Bomb Blast in Pettah. No news at the moment, except this. Will keep you posted.

Update :

Blast has occured supposedly close to the Sambodhi Temple (Opp Hilton) in Fort. A smoke screen is reportedly visible to the Top floors of Trans Asia Hotel. (Don’t ask me how I know this). Phones are jammed, and Daily Mirror is down, coz it can’t support all the Traffic. Just pray that your loved one’s arent around. (Selfish thought). Pray that nobody is hurt(Impractical Thought). A quick recovery to those who are injured. As there would have been a lot of people around that area since it was lunch hour. Not sure whether the explosion occured from below the Railway Track, or right opp the Temple.

It’s the 2nd time a terrorist activity has occured around that Temple. Last time it was Terrorist opening fire near and around the area and injurring people who had come to observe “sil“.
